If you are experiencing a really bad headache or a migraine you may apply a thin layer lightly on temples and massage some at the base of your neck. As with most topical ointmints, creams and salves you must give it a week or two as to have given the body time to absorb into the deeper layers of skin and muscles. You can apply up to 4 times a day topically to the body for optimal results. By Cleaning the skin with a mild soap before applying our products will give your body a chance to heal and regenerate new healthy skin cells, helping you achieve healthy looking skin.
