Here you'll find Gaia Avani Naturals Shop Polices. We strive to meet the questions asked about our shop policies by providing information on how we run things here at Gaia Avani Naturals.

1:ORDERS

Will I be charged for products that did not ship or were canceled?

No, if an item you have selected is out of stock, canceled, or rejected you will not be charged for that item.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship orders within the U.S. PO boxes, U.S. territories or Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO/DPO).International shipping is not available. See shipping for more on how we ship

 

Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to update or cancel your order once you have submitted it to us. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your product by mail. Please check your information and merchandise carefully before submitting your order.

 

Why does my bank statement show two transactions for the same order?

When you place an order your bank statement will display both a pre-authorization and the final sale. The pre-authorization hold will drop off within a couple days, depending on the policies of your bank.

 

How do I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your product by mail. Please see our Return policies

Gaia Avani Naturals reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and return applicable to Bulk Purchasers. The term “Bulk Purchaser” shall mean and include Purchasers for resale and Purchasers of greater than five (5) items of the same sku of Merchandise.
Bulk Purchasers who engage in the purchase of selling and reselling Gaia Avani Naturals merchandise may not use any trademark, copyright or copyrighted materials, models or other intellectual property of Gaia Avani Naturals without first obtaining written permission to do so.  This means that Bulk Purchasers may not use Gaia Avani Naturals company name, trademarks or copyrights in a manner that implies a sponsorship or endorsement by Gaia Avani Naturals, or hold themselves out as an affiliate of Gaia Avani Naturals or any of its Products and brands.
Bulk Purchasers may not return any Merchandise unless such Merchandise was defective when sold and was purchased at regular price.  All sales of discounted Merchandise to Bulk Purchasers are final.  Customers of Bulk Purchasers may not return Merchandise to Gaia Avani Naturals.
Bulk Purchasers may not redeem coupons,, birthday discounts, Direct Mailer Discounts or other promotional offers which require a code or identifier to redeem.  Bulk Purchasers may not redeem any coupons, credits or other benefits obtained through Gaia Avani Naturals loyalty programs, including Gaia Avani Naturals Guest List.
Bulk Purchasers will not be entitled to the benefit of free shipping or discounted shipping options.
A shipping surcharge for bulk purchasers may be applied for at home (to be determined) or in store delivery ($50 on orders over $300).
Gaia Avani Naturals reserves the right to refuse sales to bulk purchasers at any time.


2:SHIPPING


Standard Ground Shipping
USPS First-Class Mail.
Anticipated arrival times
Orders placed by 11:59 p.m. will ship the next business day (except for personalized products). We can ship to valid addresses within the United States. Because they’re made just for you, personalized products require extra processing time. See our holiday shipping dates
Standard Ground
Products Ship           4-7 business days
Personalized Gifts  8-11 business days

Exceptions:
Standard Ground if you’re shipping to PO boxes, U.S. territories or Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO/DPO). Expedited shipping isn’t available for these addresses. Add two to three additional weeks for shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International shipping is not available.

3:GIFT SHIPPING

 

If you received the item as a gift

We’ll refund the purchase price to an on-line credit that can be used online


Exceptions

Exchanging an item
For the best selection, please place your replacement order online or email us GaiaAvaniNaturals@Gmail.com

 Your payment method will be charged for the new order, and your original order will be credited after you return the items. Follow the general return instructions to return the original item.
Replacing damaged or defective items
If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact us for instructions and an expedited replacement order. In all cases, a photo of the damage is requested. We are unable to repair damaged or defective items shipped to our returns center

Refund information
When we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price of the item on your original method of payment. You’ll receive an email when your credit has been processed, generally within a week of when we receive your return.

Personalized orders
If you are not satisfied with your personalized item, please contact us within 90 days of the original purchase date so we can provide instructions on next steps. We may ask for a photo of the item, but you won’t need to ship it back to us.

NOTE: Gaia Avani Naturals reserves the right to limit returns on large-quantity orders or seasonal closeouts.
 

4:RETURNS

Returns

Sorry No returns on CBD Products

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

No Returns if the seal is broken on the product 

 

For Bulk Orders

Bulk Purchasers may not return any Merchandise unless such Merchandise was defective when sold and was purchased at regular price.  All sales of discounted Merchandise to Bulk Purchasers are final.  Customers of Bulk Purchasers may not return Merchandise to Gaia Avani Naturals.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
 with obvious signs of use that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: Gaiaavaninaturals@Gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
